Our Ministries
At Messiah Lutheran Church, we celebrate the Lord's Supper in the confession and glad confidence that in the bread and wine are contained the very body and blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. When we partake of this sacrament we proclaim together that we trust His words "This is My body, this is My blood". His command is for us to repent of all sin, and set aside any refusal to forgive and love as He first loves us. Because we are concerned for the welfare of your soul, we ask that those who are not members of a sister congregation in the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod please speak with the Pastor before communion at our alter.
At Messiah Lutheran Church, we are passionate about nurturing faith in every generation. Our youth programs are designed to help children and teens grow in their relationship with Christ while building meaningful friendships within our church family.
We offer Sunday School for Kindergarten through 8th grade, where young learners explore God’s Word in engaging, age-appropriate ways. For high school students and beyond, our Youth Group provides a welcoming space for fellowship, service, and deeper faith conversations. High school youth gather twice a month for Bible Study, digging into Scripture and discussing how it applies to everyday life.
Throughout the year, we host special events that bring together children, youth, and adults, strengthening relationships across generations and celebrating our shared faith.
At Messiah Lutheran Church, we believe faith grows best in community—and there’s a place for every young person here.
MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of this Congregation shall be to give honor and glory to God, to carry out His will, to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to all the world, to manifest the unity of our faith in Jesus Christ as God and Savior, to foster Christian fellowship and love, to extend a helping hand in human need, and to achieve these objectives by the preaching of the Word of God, by the administrations of the sacraments, and by the religious instruction of all its members according to the confessional standard of the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod. (Matthew 28:18-20)
